The accident occurred while plaintiff was crossing a public county street adjacent to Boeing's plant. The theory of plaintiff's petition is that the crosswalk in which she was struck was in a dangerous and hazardous condition amounting to a nuisance, and that such condition was created and maintained jointly by defendants.
