A jury convicted Ben Wilburn of Confinement, Rape, and Robbery. The Indiana Supreme Court affirmed Wilburns convictions. Wilburn v. State, 515 N.E.2d 1109 (Ind. 1987). Wilburn appeals the district courts denial of his petition for habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. The district court rejected Wilburns argument that the evidence was insufficient to support Wilburns convictions. We affirm the district courts denial of relief.
